A New Beginning

After every crisis, a fresh start is necessary.
This means that once hardships have passed, one should not dwell on or repeatedly recall them. This breaks the cycle of crisis.
Rebuilding a relationship after a crisis requires a simple yet profound step: moving forward with love, without looking back. In cases of severe crises, couples should reconnect with the memories of when they first fell in love—reliving the warmth and joy of their early romance, engagement, and marriage.
For example, I once met a woman who became frail and sorrowful after her husband's passing. I invited her to revisit her first meeting with him in her mind. As she recalled their initial love, a glow returned to her face—memory had become a source of healing. As the saying goes, the sun will rise again after it sets.
